Mona specializes in policy and communications, workforce modernization, and program evaluation. She has more than a decade of experience advancing defense and national security priorities and working with leaders across government, industry, and academia. Her previous roles include senior advisory positions with the U.S. Department of Defense, the Office of Congresswoman Betty McCollum, and the U.S. House Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, as well as a faculty appointment at New York University. Mona earned her Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Mohsen specializes in technology transition and program evaluation. A materials scientist and engineer, he advises defense leaders and industry partners on adopting advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions to modernize production and sustainment environments. His experience spans research, development, and implementation environments, and he has led cross-functional teams to accelerate technology adoption and strengthen decision-making in both commercial and defense contexts. Mohsen earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and his M.S. and B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
